This time of year my skin tends to be a bit problematic, it’s dry beacuse of the cold but I still get spots. I guess it’s beacuse the ventilation at our office is quite bad and having a stressful schedule (which often means bad eating habits, at least for me). I have a hard time getting training and free time on to my schedule since there are a LOT of productions to be done before Christmas so I really put an extra effort into finding the right products to give my skin that extra boost. Here are 3 beauty favourites of mine:
1. Day cream, Le jour de Chanel. I usually use one from Bioderma but since I don’t know where to get it in Sweden I use this one instead, which definitely works equally good. It’s a bit lighter. 2. Bioderma’s solution micellaire. Almost every great make up artist I’ve met is using this facial cleanser. I usually stock up when being on vacation (you can find it in every pharmacy in France, Spain and Italy) but I believe you can find it both in the US and in Scandinavia now as well. 3. Marula facial oil. I’ve been kind of against facial oils but this one has definitely changed my mind. I bought it at Sephora during a work trip to New York after getting advice from a lovely lady of the staff who was specialized on skin care. She really talked me through the pros and cons of a whole bunch of oils and finally I decided to go with this one. I put it on before I go to sleep, a real winner.
Blazer from Acne Studios, tshirt from IRO, pants from By Malene Birger, pumps from Christian Louboutin, metal scarf from Isabel Marant for H&M, the bracelet is a gift from my grandma.
Hello mamacitas! Just checking to do a quick post on what I wore last night to dinner and the launch of the third collection from Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen for BikBok! A bit blurry, I know, but this is the best picture I’ve got. Now: a 10 minute lunch break and then back to work!
Knitted turtleneck, By Malene Birger.
Well, you could definitely say that my week so far has been quite the opposite of the calm weekend spent out of town a couple of days ago. December is going to be a busy month for sure, filled with (exciting) working adventures! During this time a year I really prioritize to stay comfortable and WARM, wearing oversized knits and loose fitted pants. This knit is a great companion of mine.
