I just got back home from a yoga class, which means I’ve been doing yoga for four days in a row now. One might think I’d be exhausted but I’m actually totally the opposite. On the pictures above you can get a hint of what this past weekend has been all about when I went to the extremely beautiful mountain hotel and spa in Fjällnäs on a yoga trip where my yoga teacher held the classes. Now, you already know I’m one of Jennies biggest fans, I really can’t recommend her enough, as I said before her yoga is not only a good work out for me, It really helps me keep my focus and to realize what to let go of. That is why I was very happy when I got the news about her training DVD. I really can’t think of a better way to practice her yoga at home as well. If you’re interested, you can get it here (it’s only in Swedish though).
Meet my agent, Linda Lange! This sassy woman takes care of my stylist assignments over at my agency, LUNDLUND. A while ago I took the opportunity to ask Linda a bit about her previous work backround and for STYLEBY #21 she kindly opened up her home for us to take a closer look at some of her to-die-for wardrobe essentials. Enjoy!
” I started out as a receptionist at an ad agency while studying evening classes at Bergh’s School of Communication (at this time I thought I wanted to be a production manager). Since I had a great interest in fashion I quit and got a job as a assistant buyer at Swedish luxury department store NK as well as a assistant to the Lovisa Burfitt team, where I mainly helped out with paperwork. I noticed I was better at doing that kind of work rather than being the creative mind in a team. During that time I met a sister to a colleague of mine who worked as an agent in the business and shortly after that I started to work as an agent myself at the Swedish model agency, Stockholmsgruppen, where I worked for many years at the mens division. I then got the opportunity to live in Paris while I was on maternity leave. It was as wonderful period of time, I had to pinch myself in the arm everyday when taking my daily walk with my newborn daugther in Les Tuileries. Back home again I continued working with models at Elite Models. After a couple of years the job as an agent at LundLund felt like a natural transition. My main tasks are to build, lead and plan our talents future careers but also to tender and negotiate different projects. It’s amazing to follow and be a part of the growth and success of the talanted people I represent. That’s really the best thing about my work. I’ve been at LundLund for more than two years now and I love it. “
